Yes. ZAISEN focuses on real, natural wood for our handcrafted wooden pieces. Each grain pattern and shade is unique, giving your piece its own character. For the exact wood type, finish and any other materials used in a particular design, please check that product’s materials and details.
Are ZAISEN pieces truly handcrafted or mass-produced?
Our wooden pieces are crafted by hand in our Islamabad workshop, not sourced as mass-produced, ready-made décor. We focus on careful shaping, finishing and checking the details before each piece leaves our workshop.
Is my delivery guaranteed to arrive on time?
Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We normally prepare orders in 1–2 days before dispatch. For the United Kingdom, estimated transit after dispatch is 4–5 days. Customs, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery. You'll receive tracking after dispatch.
Will ZAISEN provide a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, we email the tracking number and tracking link to the address you used at checkout. It can take a little time for the first carrier scan to appear. If you need help, email support@zaisenstore.com with your order number.
Does ZAISEN accept returns or refunds?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days after delivery for an eligible return or refund request. If a piece arrives damaged, broken or not as described, email support@zaisenstore.com with your order number and clear photos. See our Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.
